The Madras HC has allowed theplea of the 18 disqualified MLAs for a hearing on Wednesday.
TTV Dinakaran and the 18 disqualified MLAs had moved the court after their disqualification by the Tamil Nadu speaker P Dhanapal.
ANI reported Dinakaran as saying their case was "legally sound" and that they would get justice from the court.
