17 Dera members request to stay out of Dera investigation
About 17 Dera members have requested the court commissioner appointed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court to not to include them in the Dera investigation.
The court commissioner today collected records regarding the appeals made by the 17 Deras.
The commissioner said that report will be out on November 8.

Dera chairperson Vipassana Insan has said, " have submitted records of the matter to Court Commissioner as asked. The matter is sub-judice."

A special investigation team had previously unearthed 600 skeletons buried inside the Sirsa-based Dera Sacha Sauda compound in north India's Haryana just days after an intensive search.
Dera Sacha Sauda chief, Gurmeet Ram Rahim, the self-made godman, was convicted on rape charges and was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment by a special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court.
