Ranveer Singh has proved himself time and again to be a good husband, with all the constant attention he showers on his lady love Deepika Padukone to the social media PDA that we are so used to.
As Deepika walked the Met Gala 2019 pink carpet, she dressed in a bubblegum pink gown and dark lips. She looked like she was ready for ballroom dance with her ball gown though. As her PR and managers started putting up photos of her on her Instagram profile, one of the first people to react to them was husband Ranveer.
In one photo, Ranveer wrote, “LOVE IT !!!!! Smashing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!” and left about a dozen heart emojis. Shaleena, her stylist described Deepika’s look as ‘Camp Barbie’.
Deepika wore a Zac Posen gown where the theme was Camp: Notes on Fashion.
Deepika and Ranveer got married in a private ceremony in Italy’s Lake Como in November. They dated for six years before moving ahead with the marriage.
