If only it was easy being Ben Affleck’s ex! As Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are splitting with the latter having filed for divorce in just two years of marriage, there are now reports that all this drama is affecting Ben’s ex, Jennifer Garner’s relationship with her respective partner.
Jennifer Garner is dating boyfriend John Miller. The two were going strong but they haven’t been spotted in almost four months as the former tries to deal with Ben and Jen’s breakup.

As Jennifer Garner continues to help Ben Affleck get his act together amid his divorce with Jennifer Lopez, a source in Life & Style suggested that Jennifer, 52, and John, 46, “have been on a break.” It doesn’t come as a shock for most since this is around the same time that Ben started relying on Jennifer Garner more and more as his marriage with Jennifer Lopez fell apart.

Ben Affleck is said to get needy during stressful times and Jennifer Garner always helps him
On August 20, Jennifer Lopez officially filed for divorce from Ben, citing their separation date as April 26. While Jennifer Lopez spent the majority of the summer on the East Coast, Ben Affleck has been in Los Angeles, where he was sighted hanging out with his ex-wife on several occasions. The pair have three children.
The source said, “Jen’s had so much going on with Ben, it just took a toll,” the source said, adding that “and she and John ended up going their separate ways. It wasn’t her choice.”
According to the insider, John has been really irritated that Ben Affleck has been going to Jennifer Garner for support and advice. “He doesn’t enjoy competing with her ex-husband for her attention. John likes Ben and tries to be understanding, but there's only so much a guy can take.”
The source said that as his marriage failed, Ben Affleck turned to Jennifer Garner for “personal therapy” as he would run to her for guidance. “But it got even worse after he left J. Lo. When he moved out, he got so incredibly needy. It was one crisis after another, and when he’s in that state, Jen is always there for him without fail. John has finally had enough.”
