The actor revealed he is in the process of aquiring rights for the remake.
Sriram Raghavan's 'Andhadhun' was undoubtedly one of the best films of 2018. Featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte, the film earned critical reviews and did well a the box office as well. Now actor Dhanush is planning to make a remake of the film in Tamil. While speaking to a daily recently, Dhanush said, "It’s a brilliant film and we have already started the process of acquiring the rights. It’s one of those thrillers which I wouldn’t mind remaking in Tamil."
A few months earlier, ‘Andhadhun’ released in China and has since then created box office history by earned more than Rs 300 crore there.
Meanwhile, Dhanush also confirmed that he planning to team up with his 'Raanjhanaa' director Anand L Rai for new Hindi film.
Dhanush will next be seen in 'The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir' which marks his debut in Hollywood. The film is releasing on 21st July.
