Following the pregnancy rumours, Kareena Kapoor Khan has responded to the paparazzi with her kind of humour. After a video of the actress leaving a gym sparked speculations that she was expecting her third child, Kareena appeared to poke fun at the claims instead of addressing them with a statement.
The buzz began after visuals of the actress surfaced on social media following her gym session. Some netizens interpreted the way her stomach appeared in the footage as a possible baby bump. As the chatter intensified online, her family took to social media to dismiss the rumours.
Kareena as well shared a humorous post on her Instagram Stories. The image featured a man showing off what appeared to be a bloated stomach, while the song Chocolate Lime Juice from Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! played alongside it.
She added laughing and pizza emojis to the post, seemingly suggesting that food was behind the appearance.

Before Kareena's response, her sister-in-law Saba Pataudi had already rejected the pregnancy rumours. "A bad angle ... Or a bad hair day! How can everyone assume another extreme!! She walked out of an airport looking slick, classy and slim, and today out of a gym! That's it!! I've been convincing my sister to have a 2nd child ... wish that was true! She'll kill me for saying it! Live n let live guys. Some things are left private. No speculation needed. With love n respect (sic)," she wrote on her Instagram.
The actress tied the knot with Saif Ali Khan in 2012, and the couple is parents to sons Taimur and Jeh. Kareena is currently gearing up for Meghna Gulzar's Daayra, which also features Prithviraj Sukumaran. The investigative drama is expected to arrive in theatres on September 18, 2026.
