<p>'Game of Thrones'&nbsp;actor Esme Bianco filed a lawsuit against US goth rocker Marilyn Manson on Friday setting out graphic allegations of rape, sexual abuse and violence.</p>

<p>According to the papers filed at a California court, Bianco was twice invited to Los Angeles by Manson -- real name Brian Warner -- with the promise of paid work, only to be subjected to acts of sexual violence including being cut, whipped and electrocuted without her consent.</p>

<p>"Mr. Warner raped Ms. Bianco in or around May 2011," the lawsuit alleges.&nbsp; "Mr. Warner committed sexual acts with Ms. Bianco when she was unconscious or otherwise unable to consent" and "also committed sexual battery against Ms. Bianco on multiple occasions," it says.</p>

<p>"We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail," King added. Los Angeles police in February confirmed they were investigating domestic violence allegations against the singer between 2009 and 2011. The dates and location of their investigation coincide with Bianco's allegations.</p>

<p>Televisa said that it would receive $4.8 billion -- $3.0 billion in cash and most of the remainder in Univision shares -- in return for contributing its content assets.</p>

<p>The Mexican group will be the top shareholder in the new company with a stake of 45 percent under the deal, which covers broadcast, subscription, digital and live television. The tie-up is backed by Japanese investment giant SoftBank, US technology titan Google and investment bank The Raine Group.</p>

<p>The new company is expected to launch a global streaming platform in early 2022 to meet the growing demand for content from the estimated 600 million Spanish speakers in the world, the statement said.</p>

<p>Mexico, home to 126 million people, is the most populous Spanish-language market, it noted. Televisa distributes its content through broadcast channels in over 70 countries.</p>

<p>It will contribute its four free-to-air channels, 27 pay-TV networks channels and stations, its Videocine movie studio and Blim TV subscription video on demand service to the new company.</p>

<p>Univision is the leading Spanish-language content and media company in the United States, where it owns numerous broadcast and cable networks as well as television and radio stations, the statement added.</p>

The two bulldogs, named Koji and Gustav, were dropped off unharmed at an LAPD station on Feb. 26 and turned over to the musician`s representatives two days after they were snatched at gunpoint by two strangers in a car.<br />

The dog walker who was accosted, 30-year-old Ryan Fischer, was shot in the chest by one of the suspects as they grabbed the two bulldogs, but he survived. A third Gaga-owned bulldog out walking with Fischer at the time escaped and was later found safe by police.<br />
In an interview day afterwards, Fischer said he had suffered "a very close call with death."<br />

Gaga, who was filming a movie in Rome when her pets were taken, had issued a public plea on social media for an "act of kindness" to bring them home and offered a $500,000 reward.<br />

Los Angeles police said on Thursday that detectives "do not believe the suspects were targeting the victim because of the dogs’ owner."<br />

The dark thriller sees Statham play "H", a mysterious loner who takes up a job at a security firm whose armoured vehicles transporting valuables have recently been the target of deadly armed robberies. With the attacks continuing, it soon transpires "H" is not after a steady paycheck but rather a skilled marksman seeking revenge for a personal tragedy. Statham was working as a model when Ritchie first cast him in his 1998 movie "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", helping him launch his film career. The two went on to collaborate on the 2000 movie "Snatch" and reunited again in 2005 for their last joint project "Revolver". Fast forward 16 years, and very little has changed between the two friends, Statham said. "The only difference is we`re a little older and a little chubbier ... He called me up about this idea that he had. It was a very short pitch and I liked the premise. And I was quick to say `yes`," Statham told Reuters. "I thought this would be the perfect story for Jason and I to be reunited on. It`s not funny, this film. It`s serious and the theme is serious and it`s very violent, very aggressive. But I thought it`d be the perfect role for Jason to occupy," Ritchie added. <p>Winners at next month`s BRIT Awards will receive two different trophies, encouraged to share one as a way to embrace the community spirit and kindness seen during COVID-19 lockdowns, organisers of Britain`s pop music honours said on Wednesday.<br />

Artists Es Devlin and Yinka Ilori designed the statuettes, which will be handed out in pairs at the May 11 ceremony held at London`s O2 arena.<br />

"Each recipient is invited to award the second trophy to someone they consider worthy - it might be recognition - or it might be someone that does something entirely unrelated to music," Devlin said.<br />

Ilori added that the idea came from the experience of lockdown. "Your neighbour you’ve lived beside for six years and never say hello to suddenly gave you flowers, foods, acts of kindness. I wanted to capture that," he said.<br />

Devlin and Ilori follow in the footsteps of designer Vivienne Westwood, milliner Philip Treacy and Turner Prize winner Anish Kapoor, who all designed BRIT trophies in the past.<br />

This year, a colourful larger statuette was inspired by Ilori’s Nigerian heritage, while Devlin said the smaller trophy was "engraved with the maze pattern that celebrates the paths many of those working within the creative industries have had to tread in order to progress through this challenging year".<br />

Some 4,000 people will attend the BRITs, which organisers have said will be the first major indoor music event with a live audience as Britain emerges from COVID-19 lockdown. The ceremony will be part of the UK government’s Events Research Programme, looking at whether major events can take place in closed environments without social distancing.<br />

More than half of the audience, 2,500 people, will be key workers with tickets gifted through a ballot.</p>
