<p>As several world leaders congratulated Donald Trump for his electoral victory, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday (Nov. 6) that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not planning to call Trump to congratulate him on his win.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kremlin spokesperson was speaking at a briefing and said that he was not aware of any plans to congratulate Trump.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I am not aware of the president’s plans to congratulate Trump on the election,” Peskov said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“It is practically impossible to make relations between the United States and Russia any worse, as they are already at their lowest point in history,” Peskov said, as reported by Russian state-run media outlet TASS.</p>
