Directed by Darren Aronofsky, the movie is a psychological thriller drama starring Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem in lead roles
There are movies you carry with you even after you have seen it a while back. Some fall into the bracket of being high on emotional quotient while others are those that play with your mind and require an extra dose of effort to be understood. From the initial looks of it, the movie "mother!" would fall under the latter.
Earlier today, Aronofsky announced on Twitter a new trailer for the movie and it will you more confused as ever:
Mother! is directed by Darren Aronofsky and looks promising for an audience that enjoys the likes of Inception, Interstellar, or Black Swan. The movie is not a straight horror film or so stated by the director himself. It stars Javier Bardem and Jennifer Lawrence as the lead pair. Oh and by the way, Happy Birthday Jennifer!
The movie is slated for a September 15 release.
