Twitter permanently suspends Paul Nehlen's account for posting racist picture of Meghan Markle

Republican politician Paul Nehlen's account waspermanently suspended by Twitter after he tweeted a "racist"picture targetting Meghan Markle on Tuesday.

Nehlen posted an image of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle standing together with Meghan's face photoshopped with the face of a "cheddar man", the dark-skinned man believed to be the first modern Briton.

According to reports, his racist tweet may have been prompted after a recent discovery by scientists that says that British inhabitants did not have pale skin instead they had dark brown to black skin tone. They also had dark curly hair and blue eyes.

The research concludes that Europeans developed white skin in the past thousand years.

Research saythe "Cheddar"man are ancestors of British people who had arrived in Britain from West Asia after leaving Africa.

News agency PTI reported a Twitter spokeswoman confirming the reports of permanent suspension of "Nehlen account for violation of terms."

Nehlen called the suspension of his Twitter account as "the epitome of interfering with a federal election" and an effort to "suppress right-wing political speech," PTI reported.
