Muslim couple names infant son Jihad, dragged to court

French parents sent to the prosecutor for naming their child Jihad.

The authorities in Toulouse in South of France were immediately triggered by the application of Muslim couple tried to register their baby's name at the town hall.

The French Civil Code allows parents to name their newborn anything they please unless it is against the interests of the child.
