Morning news brief: Top US generals say they advised Biden to keep troops in Afghanistan & more

Kim Jong-Un's regime tested a hypersonic missile. According to state-run channel KCNA, the launch took place in Jagang province. The missile reportedly performed "guiding manoeuvrability" and displayed "navigational control".

After the latest launch, North Korea's media said the new missile increased the country's "defence capabilities".
