As per the predictions by Baba Vanga, alien contact with us would happen during a major global sporting event. A similar prediction has also been made by the so-called Living Nostradamus. And guess what? This year alone, major sporting events like the Women's Euro Final, Women's Rugby World Cup, and several high-profile Formula 1 races are on the calendar. While Vanga died in 1996, her predictions continue to gain traction decades later. However, adding a modern twist to Vanga's vision is Brazilian psychic Athos Salomé, often dubbed the "Living Nostradamus" for his unnervingly accurate insights into global events. As per Mirror, Salomé says that the key to discovering alien life won't be flying saucers, an alien invasion or radio signals—but science itself.

According to him, NASA's James Webb Space Telescope—launched in 2021 and capable of peering back to the earliest moments of the universe—could be humanity's gateway to alien contact. Talking to Femail, he said, "Thanks to the James Webb telescope, humanity might finally get the answer to the existence of alien life, while governments like the US may declassify UFO files." Such a disclosure, he argues, could "revolutionise one's view about the universe in which we exist - and about ourselves."
