<p>The Youth Congress deleted the tweet, apologised, and blamed the tweet on &quot;volunteers&quot;.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;We condemn this and are apologetic. We are trying to find out who did that tweet as mainly volunteers run that page,&quot; said&nbsp;Suraj Hegde, Youth Congress in-charge.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;Just because Modiji comes from a poor family and he used to sell tea you will insult him? This is an insult of all hard working poor people. Also, mistake happens once not twice.
