This incident in Kolkata comes days after a nurse at a hospital in West Bengal's Birbhum district was molested by a man. This incident happened when the nurse was administering a saline drip to the man who was brought to the hospital due to a high fever. In a complaint, the nurse said that the patient not only touched her inappropriately but also used offensive language. Latest updates from RG Kar Hospital case Both these cases in West Bengal come weeks after a post-graduate trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital was found brutally raped and murdered on August 9. In the latest news from the case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday arrested the institute's former principal Sandip Ghosh, and Abhijit Mondal, who was the officer-in-charge of the Tala Police station. A report by the news agency ANI said that Ghosh was arrested for misleading the investigation and for his alleged role in destroying the evidence.
