The makers&nbsp;are pitching the film as India&#39;s first 3D comedy and it has been directed by&nbsp;Chakri Toleti who has in the past directed the Tamil&nbsp;remake of&nbsp;A Wednesday, titled&nbsp;Unnaipol Oruvan. Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, the film will release on February 23rd.&nbsp;
