<p>Referring to the unrest in Jammu and Kashmir, Home Minister Rajnath Singh said today, that the government will start a sustained dialogue in the terrorist-infested state.</p>

<p>He said former director of Intelligence Bureau Dineshwar Sharma will be the representative of the government of India in the state.</p>
