<p>President of the JNUSU - Aishe Ghosh was among those beaten up by the mob. At least 23 students were rushed to AIIMS with cases of head injury and bleeding.</p>

<p>The country woke up to see protests across the country. Students in Mumbai and Hyderabad held protests in solidarity with the students of JNU, condemning the violence committed by the masked goons.</p>
