Just days after Donald Trump's federal funding cut threats, Harvard University is now planning to borrow about $750 million from Wall Street as part of a contingency. Last week, the government had sent a letter to the university listing conditions that the university must meet to receive federal funding. This includes a ban on protesters wearing masks to hide their identity.
