Cards Against Humanity mentioned on a dedicated website about the lawsuit, "Elon Musk’s SpaceX was building some space thing nearby, and he figured he could just dump his shit all over our gorgeous plot of land without asking. After we caught him, SpaceX gave us a 12-hour ultimatum to accept a lowball offer for less than half our land’s value." The company also stated that it rejected the offer and initiated legal proceedings.

In its lawsuit, filed in a Texas court, Cards Against Humanity claims that SpaceX has used its property in Cameron County without permission for the past six months.

&nbsp;According to the company, SpaceX has placed construction materials, including gravel and debris, on the land, leading to damage, including loss of vegetation. Despite a "no trespassing" sign placed on the property, the company alleges that SpaceX ignored it.
