In his first speech at the Rajya Sabha, MP-actor Kamal Haasan raised concerns over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Tamil Nadu. Citing Bihar's example, Haasan urged the Upper House to act upon the discrepancies.
