<p>India&#39;s foreign minister Sushma Swaraj will undergo kidney transplant at New Delhi&#39;s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Saturday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Swaraj, who suffers from diabetes was admitted to AIIMS for kidney failure on November 7.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She has been on dialysis for weeks and tweeted about her condition from the hospital.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The minister, who is known for her quick response on Twitter is still reaching out to the public and trying to help.&nbsp;</p>
