<p>TV producer Ekta Kapoor took to Instagram on Thursday evening to confirm the birth of her son. &nbsp;Born through surrogacy, <a href="http://www.wionews.com/entertainment/ekta-kapoor-welcomes-baby-boy-via-surrogacy-194001">the baby arrived on January 27th</a> and is yet to be brought home. The baby is healthy and will soon be home with his mother.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kapoor confirmed the birth through two posts on Instagram and revealed that she had decided to name her newborn Ravie Kapoor which is Kapoor's father, actor Jeetendra's actual name.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Rajashree contacted the sperm bank in Germany where Prathamesh had preserved his semen and she completed the formalities to bring it back. She then approached Sahyadri Hospitals for the in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedure to &ldquo;get her son back&rdquo;.</p>

<p>&ldquo;I was carrying the soul of my son in me and was looking for a body to breathe it into. I am going to name the baby boy Prathamesh, after my departed son, and the baby girl Prisha, after my daughter.,&rdquo; Rajashree Patil said.</p>

Bollywood former beauty queen and versatile actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been approached to play a surrogate mother in KriArj Entertainment's upcoming film titled "Jasmine". While there has been no official confirmation whether the actress will take up the role, Prernaa Arora's production house unveiled the first poster of the film Monday.
