<p>Kabul&#39;s Tolo News network said at least 10 people were killed in the explosion.</p>

<p>A Reuters reporter saw a police vehicle carrying dead or wounded security personnel, in an area close to a police operation.</p>

<p>Officials and witnesses told Reuters that the blast caused heavy casualties among security personnel.</p>

<p>Tolo News quoting emergency hospital sources said almost 20 wounded were brought to the facility after the explosion.</p>

<p>No group has claimed responsibility for the attack which occurred in a crowded area.&nbsp;</p>
