He started his journey from Bhiwandi, but was found in an unconscious state in Madhya Pradesh`s Barwani town.&nbsp;"He was found in an unconscious state and was taken to a hospital. He passed away during the treatment. The postmortem report is awaited," said G Dhangar, SDM.

A lot of migrant workers have been stranded in different states due to the nationwide lockdown. However, some have tried to walk and cycle back to their hometowns, but not all of them have been successful.

Some states have requested the central government to start special trains to bring back the stranded workers and students to their home states.&nbsp;As the lockdown has been extended for a second time, the central government has accepted the request and has started special trains for these workers.

State governments are also compiling data on the number of stranded migrant workers, and the states that they are stranded in. Some states, like Punjab, have also decided to increase the number of relief packages, so that nobody stays hungry in these tough times.

"Total 1,09,000 labourers and other people who are stranded in other states contacted us through government helpline number, social media and other mediums till now. The number of stranded people will increase as we are receiving request daily. But we cannot estimate how many of them will return because many people from our state are working and living elsewhere. We are doing an assessment and arrangements are being made to bring all of them to Chhattisgarh," said&nbsp;Sonmani Borah, Secretary, Labour Department, Chhattisgarh.

Borah also assured that the workers will be properly screened and quarantined after they return to the state.

Many fans booked with the tour operator owing to the expense and difficulty of getting into Kiev.

Those who have made it to the final have admitted to paying up to $7,000 to see their team in action.

The club said in a statement on its website that around 1,000 fans have been affected by the travel chaos. In total three flights have been cancelled.

The United Nations said today&nbsp;it was worried about 8,000 Syrians trapped by fighting north of Aleppo where Islamic State has advanced against rebels, and that both Kurdish and rebel authorities had hindered people fleeing the area.

The fighting has displaced thousands more Syrians near the Turkish frontier where more than 160,000 people are already sheltering, most of whom fled fighting earlier this year, the U.N. says.

&quot;An unknown number of people are also unable to flee due to fighting and the closure of the main road leading north towards the town of Azaz in northwestern Syria,&quot; said a joint statement from the Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator for Syria and the Humanitarian Coordinator for the Syria Crisis.

Islamic State advanced in recent days into the opposition-held town of Marea.

The Turkish-backed rebels who are battling Islamic State north of Aleppo have also been involved in hostilities with the Syrian Kurdish YPG militia, which controls wide areas of territory to the west of Marea.

In a separate report on the situation, the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said civilians fleeing the IS advance had been prevented by Syrian Kurdish authorities from entering areas under their control in response to rebel shelling of a Kurdish-held area of Aleppo.

It said about 2,000 people had managed to evacuate Marea and nearby Sheikh Issa, which were encircled by Islamic State on May 27. &quot;However, an estimated 7,000 civilians still remain inside and unable to leave due to restrictions imposed by Kurdish authorities,&quot; it added.
