<p>The steering committee is to have 34 members including Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh, former defence minister A K Antony, Ahmed Patel, Ambika Soni among others.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The meeting of the steering committee is scheduled to be held on Saturday&nbsp;at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) office.</p>

<p>The plenary session, according to sources, is likely to be held in March-April.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;Apart from Delhi, Punjab is being considered as a possible venue for the session. However, a final decision has yet to be taken on this count,&quot; a report said quoting a senior leader of the party.<br />
