China Media Group (CMG) carried out the first rehearsal for its 2020 Spring Festival Gala on Tuesday in Beijing. The gala this year features bright colors to create a festive vibe and all the programs are about trendy topics so as to draw the audience closer to the magnificent event.

The number of viewers has been massive, standing at 700 million this year. It had also made a Guinness World Records in 2012 when the show had viewership of 498.7 million, making it the globe’s 'Most Watched National Network TV Broadcast'
