<p>Thai emergency services revised&nbsp;an earlier toll, stating that two people were killed during a shooting incident at a luxury shopping mall in Bangkok on Tuesday (Oct 3). An&nbsp;emergency medical service said that&nbsp;six people were wounded.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Thai police said that they have arrested a 14-year-old boy. The Metropolitan Investigation Bureau of the Royal Thai Police announced the arrest on its official Facebook page.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Images and videos from the scene started circulating on social media forums, which showed people running from the Siam Paragon mall, one of Bangkok's top shopping destinations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin confirmed that the attacker had been apprehended and the situation brought under control. He told reporters: "Police are clearing the scene. The situation is easing."&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a message sent to reporters, Yuthana Srettanan, the director of the Erawan Emergency Center, earlier said three people were killed and four wounded in the incident.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In social media videos, dozens of police vehicles and a number of ambulances could be seen outside one of the shopping centre's main entrances.&nbsp;</p>
