Chaos was created on the premises when an attacker fired at an undertrial, Vinod alias Balle.&nbsp;

He was produced by the staff of the Third Battalion in Rohini Court.

Vinod was attacked by an assailant at 11:20 am when he was taken back from the court.&nbsp;

The attacker was arrested on the spot. His weapon was also seized.&nbsp;
