On Monday, Tamannaah was spotted in Hyderabad inaugurating a jewellery store. The actress was coming out the store post the event when a fan of the actress hurled a shoe at her. While the shoe missed the target, it did hit an employee of the store who got hurt and left onlookers and Tammannaah in shock.&nbsp;</p>
