<p>Samantha recently shared a promo of her podcast's upcoming episode about "carbohydrate metabolism" on Instagram.</p>

<p>While many expressed excitement for the upcoming episode of Take 20, some criticised Samantha for promoting junk food in ads and endorsing unhealthy brands.</p>

<p>Samantha quickly took notice of the comment and admitted that she might have done so in the past. However, she clarified that she is not accepting such endorsements anymore and she plans to practice what she preaches.</p>

<p>Reacting to a comment that read, "No.1 drama she creates, she will act in every ad like ice cream, cold drinks etc," Samantha wrote, "I have made mistakes in the past when I didn't know any better, but I have since stopped accepting many, many endorsements. I believe in practising what I preach. God bless."</p>
