The police have been on the hunt&nbsp;for a mysterious man who has been dubbed the 'Phantom Pooper' for coming to a 'neighbour's road' for pooing on a frequent basis and even carrying his own loo roll.

The so-called Phantom Pooper has terrorised the sleepy Sussex seaside village of Camber and left its residents in disgust by defecating in the open.

The man has been captured in a CCTV footage in which he is seen standing in the corner of a garage in a residential street and even carrying a toilet roll in one hand.&nbsp;

He can then be seen squatting with his pants down and doing his business without any fear of getting noticed or caught by any passers-by.
