<p>"The rectal area has a lot of fecal fluid and is easily infected with bacteria, but it was performed safely so the surgery did not have any problems."</p>

<p>This can occur in any part of the intestine, including the small intestine or the large intestine (colon). It is a medical emergency that requires immediate treatment.&nbsp;Symptoms of intestinal perforation may include severe abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Despite the successful removal of the eel, the patient experienced mild abdominal discomfort post-surgery and remained hospitalised for observation.</p>

<p>In the second case, the officials recovered gold in paste form&nbsp;inside the rectum of another passenger travelling from Sharjah.</p>
