<p>After months of anticipation and a blanket publicity blitz, Harry's book "Spare" went on sale Tuesday, clocking up a record 1.4 million English language sales in its first 24 hours.</p>

<p>"Both sides need to hold their hands up and admit we didn’t get everything right, and we got a lot wrong, and we have to say to him 'we understand the pain you’ve been through'. The King can do it," the source said.</p>

<p>Although the royal family has not commented on the book, the source said Harry's elder brother, heir to the throne Prince William was "burning inside" over his sibling's disloyalty.</p>

<p>"Not everyone here behaved well, but Harry’s got to be able to sit down and say ‘we didn’t behave well either’. That takes a lot of academic flexibility, which Harry isn’t great at," the source added</p>

<p>Harry, who accuses his brother in the book of pushing him to the ground in an altercation in 2019, has said he would like to reconcile&nbsp;with his family but that he needs "accountability" first.&nbsp;The source said time was now of the essence.</p>

<p>"We’ve got to move on it, and get it done by April. Then, we need to get the wives in. The King needs a clear run for the coronation."</p>

<p>Another royal source agreed, telling the newspaper, Harry and Meghan -- who quit royal life in the UK for California in 2020 -- must be invited in before the historic royal event.</p>

<p>If that didn't happen, the spiralling feud between the brothers would become "a circus and distraction".</p>

<p>In his blockbuster autobiography, Harry complains bitterly of his treatment as the second son of Charles and the late Princess Diana.</p>

<p>The book also details a string of often petty grievances after he became engaged to Meghan who has also complained she was not supported by the royals.</p>

<p>Public opinion in Britain has swung against Harry in the wake of the book's publication -- &nbsp;in the middle of the country's most serious cost of living crisis in a generation.</p>

<p>A YouGov survey published in The Times daily found only 24 percent of people now have a positive view of the prince -- down from 80 percent a decade ago -- with 68 percent critical.</p>

<p>The time change report confirmed news from South Korean officials on Sunday that Kim pledged to scrap the northern time zone, which was created in 2015 to mark the 70th anniversary of Korea’s liberation from Japanese rule after World War Two.</p>

<p>South Korea and Japan are in the same time zone, nine hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.</p>

<p>"It is not an abstract meaning that the north and the south become one but it is just a process in which the north and the south turn their different and separated things into the same and single ones," Kim said, according to the dispatch.</p>

<p>The new Constitution is expected to be adopted this year after a nationwide referendum.</p>

<p>The main opposition leader R Sampanthan echoed the Tamil wishes in his message, saying &quot;2017 will be a crucial year in the history of our country&quot;.</p>

<p>&quot;Our expectation, is that we should find a permanent and lasting solution to the national question. The new Constitution in the New Year, should bring about this achievement,&quot; he said.</p>

<p>The government expects the new Constitution to address the demand of Tamil minorities for political recognition.</p>

<p>With the defeat of the Tamil Tigers in 2009 the Tamil groups have opted for maximum devolution as opposed to LTTE&#39;s goal of a separate Tamil homeland.</p>

Former President Rajapaksa, in his New Year message, warned against any action that endangers the unitary character of the state and its territorial integrity. His remarks were in reference to the government's efforts to introduce a new Constitution which is expected to grant some form of political autonomy to the minority Tamil community. The new Constitution is expected to be adopted this year after a nationwide referendum. The main opposition leader R Sampanthan echoed the Tamil wishes in his message, saying "2017 will be a crucial year in the history of our country". "Our expectation, is that we should find a permanent and lasting solution to the national question. The new Constitution in the New Year, should bring about this achievement," he said. The government expects the new Constitution to address the demand of Tamil minorities for political recognition. With the defeat of the Tamil Tigers in 2009 the Tamil groups have opted for maximum devolution as opposed to LTTE's goal of a separate Tamil homeland. (PTI)

<p>Turkey&#39;s parliament&nbsp;on Saturday approved a reconciliation agreement signed with Israel in June which has brought a six-year rift between the two regional powers to an end.</p>

<p>Relations between the two countries crumbled after Israeli marines stormed a Turkish ship in May 2010 to enforce a naval blockade of the Hamas-run Gaza Strip, killing 10 Turks on board.</p>

<p>Israel, which had already offered its apologies for the raid, agreed under the deal to pay out $20 million to the bereaved and injured in return for&nbsp;Turkey&nbsp;dropping outstanding legal claims.</p>

<p>Both countries are to appoint ambassadors under an agreement which is partly driven by the prospect of lucrative Mediterranean gas deals.</p>

After the oath-taking ceremony in capital Kathmandu, Prachanda administered the oath of office to five ministers, including three from his political party and two from the Nepali Congress.<br />

The sixty-one-year-old former rebel commander has vowed to tackle the grievances of the Madhesi minority that demands a greater say in central government by amending the constitution adopted last September.<br />

The Madhesis, who have close cultural and family ties with neighbouring India, have staged protests against the charter, saying it marginalised them by dividing their southern homeland into several states.<br />
