India's Supreme Court will hear on November 28 a bunch of review petitions on its verdict that had refused to recognise same-sex marriages as legal. The October 17 judgment had not granted legal recognition to same-sex couples and stated that only the state legislatures and parliament have the right to validate their marital unions.
