The report cited Aiyar as saying that Pakistan has improved drastically in its approach to towards India, whereas the latter has improved only marginally.&nbsp;

&quot;There is only one way to resolve the India- Pakistan issue and that is by way of uninterrupted and un-interruptible dialogue,&quot; he said.

He further said that India and Pakistan should adopt a framework that was formulated by the regime led by former president General (retired) Pervez Musharraf.

Aiyar called for uninterrupted and uninterruptible dialogue between the two neighbours. He added that if talks continue on that framework, then both sides will be able to reach an agreement in as little as four minutes as it was already developed in three years.
