India launched ‘Operation Karuna’ to assist Myanmar which has been devastated by Cyclone Mocha. Three Indian Navy ships carrying relief material reached Yangon on Thursday and a fourth ship would be reached on Friday, Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said on Twitter.
