Indoor dining at New York City restaurants will be delayed out of fear it would cause a spike in coronavirus infections. The decision was announced on Wednesday by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who expressed concern over the city welcoming diners back into the enclosed spaces of its restaurants.
