Former Deputy Prime Minister and senior Communist leader of Nepal Bharat Mohan Adhikari has passed away. He was 83. Adhikari, who also served as Finance Minister, died while undergoing treatment at Hams hospital in Kathmandu on Saturday, according to party sources.
