Supreme Court on Friday stayed National Company Law Appellate Tribunal(NCLAT) order which had reinstated Cyrus Mistry as executive chairman of Tata group. Former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry on Sunday said that despite the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order in his favour, he will not be pursuing the executive chairmanship of Tata Sons, or directorship of TCS, Tata Teleservices or Tata Industries.
