Music from a destroyed church echoed through Beirut on Tuesday (September 8) to mourn those lost in the August 4 port explosion and to pray for those who were wounded. Micheline Abi Samra, the founder of Beirut Chants which organises music recitals in Beirut at Christmas, said she was moved to organize the concert to help the Lebanese deal with their emotions through music.
