Pakistan said on Tuesday it would take Jammu and Kashmir issue to the International Court of Justice(ICJ), after the Indian government scrapped article 370 which gave special status to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir "We have decided to take Kashmir case to the International Court of Justice," foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi told ARY News TV.
