<p>A Bengaluru traffic cop has won hearts and minds after he stopped the President&#39;s convoy to let an ambulance pass.</p>

<p>The traffic cop, ML&nbsp;Nijalingappa, stopped the President&#39;s convoy to let an ambulance through at Bengaluru&#39;s Trinity Circle on Saturday.</p>

<p>President Pranab Mukherjee was in the city to inaugrate the Green Line metro and was at the time heading back to Raj Bhavan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Traffic was heavy at the time but sub-inspector Nijalingappa quickly passed on directions that way be made for the ambulance.</p>

<p>Benagluru&nbsp;Police later announced a reward for Nijalingappa.&nbsp;</p>
