The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has scheduled the launch of its lunar probe, by a GSLV Mk-III rocket, from the country’s Sriharikota spaceport for 2.51 a.m. And the countdown is set to begin at 6.51 a.m. on Sunday.

India`s ambitious second lunar mission will be launched on July 15. ISRO Chairman Dr K Sivan, said, “we're going to launch the most prestigious mission Chandrayaan-2. GSLV MK-III being used for the mission. After a successful launch, it'll take nearly two months to go and land on Moon near South Pole.”
