A source close to the cops has told the newspaper LA NACION: “Personnel from the Special Investigations Division and the Special Technological Investigations Division were deployed [Wednesday] afternoon to the CasaSur Hotel in Palermo where the singer Liam Payne lost his life last week to carry out a raid […] to obtain elements of interest for the investigation.”

As per the second source, the cops went into the hotel in Argentina to obtain videos and documents from the lobby and courtyard as they investigated the singer's death and his last moments.&nbsp;

The raid comes days after Payne's father, Geoff&nbsp;spoke&nbsp;to the case's prosecutor Dr Andress Estaban Madrea and&nbsp;expressed his desire to investigate and to know what happened&nbsp;with his son&nbsp;moments before his death.
