The Joint Investigation Team instituted by the Pakistani Supreme Court has concluded that Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, is the beneficial owner of the Avenfield apartments in London, reported Express Tribune.&nbsp;

The probe team also concluded that she presented forged documents to the JIT which is a criminal offence.

The JIT in its report said that the Calibri font used in the documents wasn&#39;t available in 2006 and hence could not have been used back then.

The JIT had sent the documents to Radley Forensic Document Laboratory in London for examination.

&quot;Calibri was not commercially available before 31st January 2007 and as such, neither of the originals of the certified declarations is correctly dated and happy to have been created at some later point in time,&rdquo; Express Tribune quoted the Radley Forensic Document Laboratory as saying.

Along with Maryam Nawaz, her brothers Hussain and Hassan Nawaz and spouse Captain Mohammad Safdar also signed the forged documents and misled the Supreme Court, according to Dawn.

The JIT was instituted by the Supreme Court in May to probe the financial transactions linked to the Nawaz Sharif family-owned properties in London. The information related to the properties in London owned by the Sharif family came out last year after classified documents from the Panama based law firm Mossack Fonseca were leaked.
