Heavy traffic jam was observed in Delhi's Azadpur vegetable market as the government announced that the market would be open 24 hours from April 21. Although the govt allowed only 1,000 people to enter every 4 hours, a large number of people were seen gathering in Azadpur Mandi in the meantime.
