In a harrowing incident from Las Vegas, Nevada, a 29-year-old man fatally attacked another person in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store and then allegedly chewed his ear and eyeball. As per media reports, Colin Czech ate Kenneth&nbsp;Brown’s&nbsp;body parts after bashing him to death and hitting his head on the concrete.

The accused later told police he was&nbsp;‘possessed’&nbsp;by some&nbsp;'higher power’,&nbsp;who told him to kill a person named Drake&nbsp;but&nbsp;he ended up killing Brown.

On April 28, some eyewitnesses made desperate calls to 911 after seeing the crazy incident near the store.

“Oh my God — I&nbsp;don’t&nbsp;what the f***&nbsp;he’s&nbsp;doing to this man,&nbsp;that’s&nbsp;some weird s***,”&nbsp;an eyewitness told police on the call.

A 7-Eleven employee also called 911 and said,&nbsp;“Right now,&nbsp;he’s&nbsp;on all fours like&nbsp;he’s&nbsp;a dog about to rush the store.&nbsp;I guess he just rushed him. I need somebody to come get him now.”

Police arrived later and were left stunned to find Czech with blood and&nbsp;'biological matter'&nbsp;on his face, hands, mouth, and clothing.

When asked what happened, Czech&nbsp;'gave a blank stare'&nbsp;and&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;say anything, police said.

Czech&nbsp;is believed&nbsp;to be a homeless&nbsp;man,&nbsp;who told police that he had not slept for the last five nights as he was&nbsp;‘possessed’.

When police asked him how he killed Brown, he replied,&nbsp;“my teeth.”

“He used his teeth to eat [Brown's] eyeballs and ears,”&nbsp;police quoted him as saying.

Czech was presented&nbsp;in Las Vegas Justice Court on Wednesday (May 1), where the lawyer said he was too insane to be trialled as he kept making bizarre facial expressions.

“I've&nbsp;spoken to him, and&nbsp;I've&nbsp;determined that he is incompetent,”&nbsp;said Chief Deputy Public Defender David Westbrook in the court.

The accused is currently behind bars at Clark County Detention Center.
