<p>Further, the actor emphasised that he didn't have any other backup apart from acting. “Maybe, somewhere down the line, I (know that I) don't have any other backup. I don't have anywhere else to go, and I might not get a second or a third chance. This is the fear that is constant in my head,” he said.</p>

<p>After teasing audiences with an&nbsp;interesting poster, the trailer of the movie was finally released on Saturday (May 18). The <em>Shehzada </em>actor released the trailer in his&nbsp;hometown Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Directed by Kabir Khan of the&nbsp;<em>Bajrangi Bhaijaan, 83, Ek Tha Tiger </em>fame,&nbsp;the movie tells the inspiring story of &nbsp;Murlikant Petkar, who goes to a great&nbsp;extent to become a champion and win a gold for his country India.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 2-minute trailer highlights&nbsp;the struggles and triumphs of Murlikanth, as he goes on to prove that he's not a loser. The clip shows Murli coming out of a coma after being gunned down on a battlefield during the 1965 war. In the flashback, we get a brief look at Murli aka Chandu's life. Murli from his childhood was focused on his dream of winning a gold medal for India. To accomplish his goal, he does whatever he can.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the teaser, Kartik's performance is&nbsp;impressive as we see his incredible transformation. During the launch of the trailer in his hometown, the actor called the movie, the ''toughest film'' of his career.</p>

<p>Born on November 1, 1944 in Peth Islampur region of Sangli, Maharashtra, Petkar was appointed as jawan of the craftsman rank in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME) in the Indian Army. However, his life took a major turn when he was left paraplegic after he sustained severe bullet wounds in the 1965 war during an aerial attack by Pakistan. He still has a bullet in his spine.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In 2018, he was bestowed with Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honour.&nbsp;</p>

The Shehzada actor released the trailer in his hometown Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
