<p>Jimmy Carter became the first US president to turn 100, but presidential candidate Donald Trump has chosen to take a dig at him instead of wishing him happy birthday. Speaking at a campaign event, the former US president said Carter is now considered a brilliant president when compared to current incumbent Joe Biden.</p>

<p>At the rally in Waunakee, Wisconsin, Trump said President Biden has replaced Carter as the worst president in American history.</p>

<p>"Jimmy Carter is the happiest man because Jimmy Carter is considered a brilliant president by comparison [with Biden]," Trump said about the 39th president, who is a Democrat.</p>

<p>This is not the first time that Trump attacked the former president. In May, at a campaign event&nbsp; in New Jersey, he misnamed him after former tennis star Jimmy Connors, while joking "he's also happy."<br />
